Product Detail

■ Introduction

Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) Piling is a widely used deep foundation method that enables drilling and concreting in one continuous operation, ensuring high efficiency and reliable pile quality. In the CFA process, the auger drills to the required depth using a continuous flight. Concrete is then pumped under pressure through the hollow stem to the bottom of the bore. As the auger is steadily withdrawn, soil is removed while the borehole is simultaneously filled with concrete, forming a stable pile. Reinforcement is then inserted into the fresh concrete to meet structural requirements. At the core of this system, the Hollow Stem Auger plays a critical role in ensuring drilling stability, efficient soil removal, and continuous concrete placement.
