The tooth body is manufactured from high-strength alloy steel and undergoes advanced heat treatment to ensure superior toughness and wear resistance. The cutting tip is made of premium tungsten carbide using hot isostatic pressing, providing outstanding durability in demanding conditions. In addition, the spring is produced from high-strength spring steel, while the wear-resistant washer is heat-treated for enhanced service life, ensuring reliable performance throughout drilling operations.
